CHEER TUMBLE

This class is specifically designed for learning the jumps and tumbling skills required for cheerleading. Students will improve flexibility, endurance, strength, and confidence while acheiving their goals.

KINDERGARTEN

This class is designed to prepare preschoolers to advance into a recreational program. Students will continue to develop and progress on basic skills while building confidence, flexibility, strength, and dicipline.

PRESCHOOL

Children will build confidence, coordination, balance, and listening skills while learning the basic elements of gymnastics.

INTERMEDIATE-ADVANCED

This class is for students that are more advanced than a recreational program. Students will learn more challenging skills while building strength conditioning, endurance, and flexilbily in a non-competative environment.
