This is a 45 minute introductory class that does not require the assistance of a parent/guardian. It is designed to enhance physical abilities through obtacles and fun activities while learning the importance of safety and proper class etiquette.

SCHOOL-AGE RECREATIONAL
(5-8 yrs old)
This is a 60 minute class designed to develop and perfect the basic skills of gymnastics/tumbling. Each class focuses on proper terminology, body positions, and technique necessary for progressing to more advanced elements. Students will actively build confidence, strength conditioning, flexibility, and good sportsmanship in a non-competative environment.
