ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR.
My name is Trish Martina-Allen. I am a former Olympic level gymnast and competition cheerleader, with experience in coaching both. It has always been a dream of mine to open my own gym and share the passion I have for gymnastics. Now, having 2 gymnast daughters, it has come to my attention that there aren't any gyms in our immediate area. I am currently renting space at Center Stage Dance but will be opening my own studio shortly. As the business grows, I will offer more of a variety of classes, times, days, and gymnastics equipment. I thank everyone for their support and I hope to continue this journey together!

The programs offered focus on beginner level gymnastics/tumbling for ages 3-12. Students will learn basic skills, positions, and the importance of safety, while building confidence, balance, strength, flexibility, and coordination. Classes will be preformed on the floor exercise only with the use of mats as training aids. No heavy gymnastics equipment is used, as this is primarily a tumbling class. The main goal is for the students to have fun and learn to flip with confidence!
